Withdraw contract
Use this page to submit a clear withdrawal request for eligible PRO packages, Pur subscriptions, advertising packages, additional options and other contracts. Each request is stored with the relevant contract details and can be tracked here.
A withdrawal request is not the same as a regular cancellation. The request will be reviewed and processed according to the applicable legal requirements and the status of the booked service.
